A Few Health Benefits
Even though many of us do not need to be told to eat berries, it is always a nice reminder that those little drops of yummy are actually very good for you! Full of Vitamin C, antioxidants, and heart attack reducing anthocyanins which also help to lower blood pressure in animals.
